Our standard queen room was complete with shops nearby, views over to Sugar Loaf plus an amazing view over Copacabana. Coffee, fresh bread, jam, and eggs were really appreciated.

everything was great, exceptional staff, lovely views of the sea. the accommodation had a very central location to cantagalo station in the other direction. what's more, it was next to ipanemena beach, the best restaurants, bars, and shopping and subway.

Standard double room was good-sized and cheap with a king sized bed.

Pleasant stay on another business trip. The best location to Ipanema Gen Osorio subway station in one direction, a short walk to restaurants and bars. Lovely building and rooms with 1960s-looking equipment.

Its location at a medium distance from Devil's Beach was great and decent. We stayed for 1 night and greatly enjoyed the room, which was cheap. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly and took care of us.

Liked this well priced hotel, easy to find, with professional staff at the reception desk. Our superior queen room was updated with sunlight as well as balcony as advertised. The location of the property was unbeatable and nice - a 10-15 minute walking distance from General Osorio Square. Moreover, the area was very nice.

I was offered a room with breathtaking views of the beach and large part of the city.

Great location near the beach and within walking distance to other areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was noisy and inconsistent.

the hotel was a pleasant surprise. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the fridge and air conditioning were convenient. the location was perfect, just a block away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. the rooftop pool and view were amazing!

Great choice for breakfast. Nice bar and terrace on roof top. The staff serving breakfast, at the bar and at the door as well as the housekeeping staff were ok. Safe luggage storage after check out time.

I choose the hotel because of location and friendly staff. Location is good between Ipanema and Copacabana. But the neighbourhoud is a bit shabby. The friendliness of the staff at the reception was deceiving. The receptionist who checked us in was really arrogant and the other staff at the reception didn't give a warm welcome either. I felt considered as a 'stupid' tourist, a feeling that I've had never before...
